Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 20g coconut meat
  • 20g honey
  • stevia 
  • vanilla powder
Instructions:

1. Slice banana, and freeze it down. Make sure it is completely frozen.

2. Put egg yolk, coconut milk, coconut meat, honey  and vanilla powder in a bowl.

3. Blend in the frozen banana gradually. Mash it up real good.

4. Add stevia until you find it is sweet enough for your taste.

5. Put it back in the freezer for an hour or so.

6. Eat

Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients:

Banana 250g
Rice Milk 500g
Honey 15g
Coconut Oil 20g
Vanilla powder to taste
Stevia to taste
4 teaspoons Psyllium Husk
1 teaspoon Locust Bean Gum

Instructions:

  • Blend the banana into the rice milk.
  • Add the honey and coconut oil.
  • Add the vanilla powder and stevia.
  • Heat up while stirring.
  • Add the psyllium husk and locust bean gum. a little bit at the time while stirring.
  • Cool off, and place in refrigerator until it's time to eat.

Rice Pudding with Banana

Ingredients:

Rice 100g
Coconut oil 10g
Banana diced 100g
Honey 20g
1 beaten egg(50g)
Rice milk 200g
A pinch of salt
Vanilla and stevia to taste

Instructions:
  • Boil the rice
  • put the rice, honey, banana,, vanillla and half of the rice milk in a pan and boil it on medium heat for about 15 min, until it is thick and creamy.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes while constantly stirring.

Honey 20g
Egg Yolk 60g(4 medium yolks)
Vanilla Powder to taste

Instructions:

1. Slice banana and mango, and freeze it down. Make sure it is completely frozen.

2. Put egg yolks and vanilla powder in a bowl.

3. Blend in the frozen banana and mango gradually. Mash it up real good.

4. Put it back in the freezer for an hour or so.

5. Eat
