Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 20g coconut meat
  • 20g honey
  • stevia 
  • vanilla powder
Instructions:

1. Slice banana, and freeze it down. Make sure it is completely frozen.

2. Put egg yolk, coconut milk, coconut meat, honey  and vanilla powder in a bowl.

3. Blend in the frozen banana gradually. Mash it up real good.

4. Add stevia until you find it is sweet enough for your taste.

5. Put it back in the freezer for an hour or so.

6. Eat
