Banana 250g
Rice Milk 500g
Honey 15g
Coconut Oil 20g
Vanilla powder to taste
Stevia to taste
4 teaspoons Psyllium Husk
1 teaspoon Locust Bean Gum
Instructions:
- Blend the banana into the rice milk.
- Add the honey and coconut oil.
- Add the vanilla powder and stevia.
- Heat up while stirring.
- Add the psyllium husk and locust bean gum. a little bit at the time while stirring.
- Cool off, and place in refrigerator until it's time to eat.
